Bill D’Agostino, Jr. Biography

Bill D’Agostino has more than 33 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, half of which have been in wireless network development and operations. He most recently served as Executive Director, Network for Verizon Wireless in Southern California from 2008-12. In this capacity, he was responsible for the design, construction and operation of the Verizon Wireless assets throughout the Southern California region. 

Prior to joining Verizon, Mr. D’Agostino held executive positions in several other communications firms including BCI Communications, Somera Communications, Mericom Corp., Sprint PCS and Airtouch Communications. He began his career at Pacific Bell, where he spent 18 years in jobs ranging from repairman to construction manager.

Mr. D’Agostino has built networks both domestically and internationally, including projects in Spain, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City and Southern California. He has been involved in the deployment and operation of more than 10,000 wireless sites encompassing virtually every major technology, including, most recently, one of the largest 700 MHz LTE network launches in the world.

Mr. D’Agostino has held officer positions in both private and publicly traded companies, spanning the carrier, tower asset, and the equipment and services sectors.

Mr. D’Agostino is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California with a BA in Business Management.
