American Samoa will use its Territorial Emergency Communications Committee (TECC), and the soon-to-be established American Samoa Public Safety Broadband (ASPSB) working group to implement the State and Local Implementation Grant Program (SLIGP).  The State plans to update its Statewide Communication Interoperability Plan as part of SLIGP, and will use the TECC, ASPSB working group, and the Office of Samoan Affairs, which includes village chiefs, county mayors, and district leaders, as the primary vehicles for education and outreach to local jurisdictions.
