The attached document contains the Datod submission which has been prepared in response to the US NTIA Federal Register invitation to comment on the Spectrum Sharing Innovation Test Bed Pilot Program and the type and depth of testing it indends to conduct.
Note that aspects of correspondence previously submitted were published in the Electronics World magazine article from August 2010 entitled : The Spectrum Anomaly
Attached, please find the comments of Motorola Solutions, Inc. in response to the Notice and Request for Comments regarding Phase II and Phase III of the Spectrum Sharing Innovation Test-Bed Pilot Program, issued March 28th, 2012.
