Subject: Comments on DNS Transition, Docket No. 060519136-6136-01

To the U.S. Department of Commerce:

I hope that you will be able to find a smooth way for continuing the operation of the Internet without glitches, caused by allowing new [intra]governmental controls to replace the DoC MoU.

In Bulgaria we have solved the issues with DNS/IP addresses in the Telecommunications Law, which states that they are not subject to regulation or governmental control.

In Russia, their laws say that Internet resources are managed by the relevant International organizations. In the field of the DNS/IP, this is ICANN. It needs imrpovement, but who doesn't?

Respectfully submitted,

Veni Markovski
