Subject: Net Netraulity

I think the best way is for the internet to always be free and neutral from all telecommunications providers (as it is right now). That means, once the user pays a monthly access fee, the user can access any part of the internet without restrictions. Once you tier up the internet as with cable TV, you take away an essential educational and communication tool. Net neutrality is important because if not, it would be like having a library system where the wealthier people who pay more taxes respectively has better access to the library (e.g. can borrow more books and different type of books) than those who pay less taxes.
