NTIA Issues Statement on the Joint Project Agreement (JPA) Mid-term Review: NTIA, on behalf of the Department of Commerce, recently conducted a mid-term review of the Department's Joint Project Agreement (JPA) with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
