PTFP received no funding in FY 2011 and is in the process of shutting down.

The terms and conditions of all PTFP grants remain in effect until the expiration of a grantís award period.

Grantees must continue to provide Quarterly Performance Reports, Financial Reports, documents to fulfill Special Award Conditions, and Close-Out documents according to the terms and conditions of their grant.

Grantees should strive to complete their projects within the award period. Approvals of amendments and extensions will be limited and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
