NTIA approves draft U.S. preliminary views based on advice from the federal agencies. NTIA and the Federal agencies utilize these views to evaluate and determine the required work and strategy for each agenda item. As the ITU-R completes studies and develops the technical bases for methods to satisfy the agenda items, the U.S. will transition to the development of distinct proposals.
