Notice of multistakeholder process open meeting July 12, 2012
The July 12, 2012, meeting will be the first in a series of NTIA-convened multistakeholder discussions concerning mobile application transparency. Stakeholders will engage in an open, transparent, consensus-driven process to develop a code of conduct regarding mobile application transparency. The objectives of the July 12, 2012, meeting are to: (1) Promote discussion among stakeholders concerning mobile app transparency by employing a structured, open process; and (2) provide a venue for stakeholders to agree on the schedule and format of future meetings.
Notice of Public Meeting on IPv6
NTIA and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), on Wednesday, July 28, will host a half-day public meeting on Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6). The meeting will provide an opportunity for interested parties to discuss IPv6 deployment issues, including the appropriate government role, if any, in IPv6 deployment.

Closing Comment Period on Deployment of Broadband Networks and Advanced Telecommunications
On November 19, 2001, the NTIA published a Notice in the Federal Register inviting the public to submit comments on broadband deployment in the United States. Interested parties were requested to submit comments in response to the Notice on or before December 19, 2001. Comments received after the December 19, 2001 deadline were received and posted as late-filed comments. As of January 18, 2002, the comment period in this docket is closed. (Acrobat PDF 38 Kb)
PTFP Notice of Funds Available
On November 20, 2001, the NTIA announced the Notice of Closing Date and Solicitation of Applications for the Public Telecommunications Facilities Program (PTFP) At the time the Notice of Closing Date and Solicitation of Applications appeared in the Federal Register, PTFP had not been appropriated funds through the fiscal year. Technology Opportunities Program Notice of Availability of Funds
On December 6, 2001, the NTIA announced the Solicitation of Grant Applications for the Technology Opportunities Program (TOP). At the time the Notice of Solicitation of Grant Applications appeared in the Federal Register, TOP had not been appropriated funds through the fiscal year.
