Abstract

NTIA transmitted to Congress a report required by the Commercial Spectrum Enhancement Act (CSEA) on the various policy options to compensate Federal entities for relocation costs incurred when the entities' spectrum is allocated by the Federal Communications Commission for unlicensed, public safety, shared, or non-commercial use.
