Meeting logistics

The meeting agenda is available here.

Stakeholders should enter the Herbert C. Hoover Building at the 14th Street entrance between Pennsylvania Ave. and Constitution Ave. NTIA is expecting hundreds of stakeholders to attend the meeting. Stakeholders may encounter delays at the building’s security checkpoint and are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes early. Stakeholders will be escorted from the security checkpoint to the auditorium.

Stakeholders should make arrangements to eat lunch outside the Department of Commerce building. The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is directly across 14th Street from the Department of Commerce. The Reagan building includes a large food court. Stakeholders should bear in mind that they will be required to clear security again when re-entering the Department of Commerce after lunch.

The Department of Commerce auditorium is a historic room with a limited number of power outlets for attendee use. Wifi Internet access is not available in this venue, and unfortunately cellular coverage may also be limited inside the auditorium.

Due to security requirements and to facilitate entry to the Department of Commerce building, U.S. nationals must present a valid, government-issued photo identification upon arrival. Foreign nationals must contact John Verdi at (202) 482–8238 or jverdi@ntia.doc.gov at least five (5) business days prior to the meeting in order to provide the necessary clearance information, and must present a valid, government-issued photo identification upon arrival.
